Two agencies partner to get a family off the streets and into their own home…

Meet the family that brings our total people placed to 66! Several months ago Graciela, a single mom, came to us because she, her 2 children and her grandchild were homeless and needed help to get off the streets. When they had the money they would stay in hotels but otherwise they would sleep in their used van. We built a budget with them and by partnering with Mercy House, we were able to pay for part of their security deposit this week that allowed them to have a rental of their own. We wish Graciela and her family the very best in their new home!
