We congratulate Dean today for ending his homeless situation by getting into his own rental. Dean has been homeless since January due to an unforeseen crisis at his last residence which forced him to leave. Since then he has been staying in a motel but his money ran out, so more recently he has been sleeping in his car at a local park or at the beach. Dean has a housing voucher which allows him to pay rent within the budget we built with him, but he still needed help with the security deposit, which is where we were able to assist. Dean told us that he treated his house hunting like it was a full time job, which is exactly the attitude and reason he was able to complete our process in a matter of days!
