Mom and daughter reunited – making our total placements this year to 42 people!
Robin and her daughter were living with a roommate who became aggressive and verbally abusive to the point where Robin had to leave for safety reasons. Robin couldn’t afford a place on her own so she moved into amotel. She knew that wasn’t the best for her daughter so she arranged for her daughter to live with a friend temporarily. It was very difficult for Robin to be separated from her daughter and she desperately wanted to get a home of her own so they could be together. She found a better job and a room to rent but she still needed help with the security deposit. Robin worked with us for several weeks, and today Off The Streets – Huntington Beach was able to pay that security deposit so mom and daughter could be reunited and move into a place they can call home!
