We were just able to help Janice, her daughter Thalia, and Thalia’s 2 children get into their own home, making this family our 17th person placed. This family had been living in their car, struggling to make ends meet for the past several months. In fact, their first attempt to get placed with us fell through about a month ago, but they persevered and kept working with us and got placed. The day we paid their security deposit, we spoke to Janice and she expressed her gratitude by saying “I would cry right now but I don’t have any tears left! Thank you so much!” 

Janice, Thalia and their 2 kids stopped by on Tuesday 9/30/14 to pickup some furniture.  All the neighborhood kids joined in!
