Today we congratulate Karla and her 3 kids for getting into their own home today. Karla called us for help, we built a budget with her and then we were able to pay her security deposit so they could move in. Here is a nice thank you note from Karla:
Hello my name is Karla my children and I became homeless this past December due to my landlord selling his property and informing me that we had to move. Due to the short time of the move out date I had no money saved for a deposit on a new place for my children and I to move to. Thankfully I was referred to off the streets. They went over my finances and came up with a budget that helps me and my family get into a new home learning how to manage our money and put it where it needs to be. Thank you for your time. your help is greatly appreciated. My family and I wont be homeless..and I have you to thank for this. -Karla
