Today we congratulate Dana and Michael for getting into their own place. They are expecting a baby in August and just needed a hand up to get out of their situation where they were without a place of their own. We were able to assist with their security deposit so they could move in today. Dana’s story:
My fiance and I have been without our own place for about 2 years now. Which started with myself getting kicked out of my parents house, and then Mike out of his parents house. We had lived in hotels for a little bit in the beginning because we were working under the table for a moving company. Then we lost that job and were out of work for about a year. We went from friend to friends house slept at parks, lakes, schools etc. Then found out I was expecting and I got a job and he got a job we have a car now and with your help a place.
